Event Details
We at AVP commit to a presence at nearly every Pride event in all five boroughs. From tabling, to street outreach, to rallies, and marching in parades, AVP hopes to show all New Yorkers that AVP is a resource for folks who have experienced or witnessed violence in our LGBTQ and HIV-affected communities. Pride season is a wonderful opportunity to invite LGBTQ and HIV-affected New Yorkers and our allies to join us in making our communities safer!
AVP can't do this critical work without YOU, our volunteers!
We will discuss a theme, outreach strategy, and our presence at the Pride season events.
If you aren't able to make this meeting, but would like to be a part of the committee, please be in touch with Tasha and we'll figure something out.
