WHERE HE'S BEEN: Is said to have picked a victim up at a West Village bar, may have also been sighted at bars in Chelsea. WHAT HE'S DONE: After chatting with victim and accompanying him home, is alleged to have drugged the victims drink. The victim was then robbed while he was sleeping or passed out.
DESCRIPTION: Black male, around 21 years old, 5' 11," 150 lbs, with a bald head and black eyes. SPEAKS WITH A BRITISH ACCENT.
